Easy Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of receiving it. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached. Please note that returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from Lobo Clothes.

How to Return:

  2. Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send the item back to us.

  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include the RAN inside. Ship it to the following address:

  4. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued for the cost of the item(s) returned, excluding any original shipping charges. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and we will cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund, including any shipping charges.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same process as outlined above for returns. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear, and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
